Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-30 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is excluded in the price. Don't be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.
We advise that delivery times to Ireland may be impacted by customs procedures, lengthening the time taken to receive the product.
WAKIENDO's Order Procedure.
The order procedure is the following:
1. You add items to your cart.
2. Complete Order.
3. Payments can be made with a VISA or MasterCard. You will be able to select the options that best suits you.
4. After payment we will wait until payment confirmation to WAKIENDO's bank account. For VISA and MasterCard, this will take 1 working day.
5. After payment confirmation, we will begin with the shipping process. We will provide you with tracking number for your order when tracking information is available and also we will keep you posted of your shipment status.
6. You will receive your order via your local postal service or other postal services company of your choosing. Note that shipments are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. WAKIENDO does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. Certain countries may require invoice documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

Note: We ship worldwide, our items are stored in various of our warehouses located around the world. Shipment of items can take up to 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
