This policy is designed to be fair to genuine customers while preventing refund abuse.

Refund Window

Refunds and returns are accepted within 120 days of purchase.

Orders that are:

  • Still within the estimated delivery timeframe
  • Delayed due to customs or carrier processing

are considered in transit and not eligible for refunds until confirmed lost.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Items are unused and unopened
  • Items are in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may be denied or partially refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are provided only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend tracked and insured returns. Untracked returns are sent at the customer’s risk.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers must contact Wakiendo before initiating payment disputes. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay or void refund eligibility.
