The box was slightly dented, but the product is intact and in working condition, the picture is even bright enough during the day. A little noisy, but I’ve already gotten used to it. I was able to connect the bluetooth mouse and keyboard, but apparently the headphones are not possible, although I tried. There were no instructions per se, but I understood everything intuitively and set it up and downloaded it. There are no batteries included with the remote control, just in case. One of the downsides is that it doesn’t support Netflix….
