I bought a pair of the same type. The white one came poorly assembled and it took me hours to remove the screw and turn it around so that it looked like the purple one (which came well assembled). In the end, the screw did not resist turns and stripped. I don’t know how much they can tell me, but I know not much, and it’s a shame because the design is wonderful. The delivery was very fast.
